is the chief of the Science Division at the New York Public Library.

Krsto Cicvaric, Belgrade ->
has the largest private library in Belgrad.

Hélène d'Abancourt de Franqueville, Cracow ->
She was the first female librarian in Poland.

Friedrich Jaksch, Reichenberg ->
founded in 1923 the National Library for the Germans in Czechoslovakia, of which he is director.

Demetre Kambouroglous, Athens ->
is the director of Archeological research and the conservator of manuscripts at the national library.

Franz Kraus, Bratislava
Great merits are due to him on account of improvement in the organization of libraries and also theaters in Slovakia, specially in Bratislava.
