Gustav Jallajas, Tallinn ->
Since 1926 he is in postal-telegraph service. In 1914 he was first controller in the Turkestan Control Department and in 1918 he became Director of the Department of Works at the State's Control Office of the Turkestan Republic. Since 1920 he is Chief Engineer and Vice-General-Director of Posts and Telegraphs of Estonia and is the author of the instructions: "Richtlinien zur Betriebsregelung der Generalpostdirektion in Estland", 1933.
