Eftim Baba, Turkey ->
distributed food supplies during the famine in Anatolia.

Ignace Bailony, Yugoslavia ->
After the war he was the head of the management for the reconstruction of the county. He invested large powers and was in the government commission in Trieste where he organized the food supply for the country.

Georges Cofinas, Greece ->
was Director General for the food supply in the World War. As Minister of Finances after the defeat in Asia Minor and the great revolution, he has foreseen the difficulties and by heroic financial measures has saved Greece from an economic catastrophe.

Jean Djonovitch, Albania ->
After the Union of the Slavian countries he remained for a certain period Director to the Ministry of Reconstruction and of the Food Supply.

Karl Heinold, Czechoslovakia ->
In 1913 as Minister of Interior he put in order the financially ruined autonomic province administration of Bohemia. Upon the beginning of the starvation policy against the central powers, he achieved a complete reorganization of the Austrian political administration, by relief in feeding the population and organized compulsory dealing in food stuffs and later for all necessary articles.

Karl Komeda, Czechoslovakia
was a Representative in Trieste where he took care of the delivery of foodstuffs for the Czechoslovakian Republic from the U.S.A. (Former Relief Administration).

Georg Mercouris, Greece ->
was the Minister of Food and Water Supplies in 1921.

Constantin Toma, Romania ->
After the World War he restored the destroyed parts of the city of Jasi.
