Norbert Capek, Prague ->
was a lecturer and organizer among the Czech and Slovak emigrants in the U.S.A. By this he brought together all Czech and Slovak organizations in the State of New Jersey (42 of them), into the Czechoslovak Alliance.

Tadeusz Graff, Warsaw ->
In 1917-1919 he organized the Polish emigration in the region of the Lower Dniepr.

J.W. Latziky-Bertoldi, Riga ->
made trips to South America by order of the Jewish Relief Organization and as a member of the League of Nations for the relief of emigrants.

Drago Marusic, Belgrade ->
organized the national Slovenian emigrants in the U.S.A., 1917-1919.

Paul Nicorescu, Jassy ->
was the Rumanian delegate to the international conference of emigrants and immigrants 1924 in Rome.

Petar Perunovic-Perun, Belgrade ->
was sent to the U.S.A. in 1916 as a member of a committee to organize a volunteer army out of the Yugoslavs living in U.S.A. He succeeded in assembling 10.000 men, inspiring them by singing the old national poems and accompanying himself on the Gusla.
