Marian Morelowski de Prus, Wilno ->
From 1915-1918 he was Chief of Works of the Polish Society for the Saving of Art and Science Collections which were in danger during the war. From 1921-1926 he was Chief of the Section for the recuperation of Polish collections confiscated since 1772 by Russia and redemanded in force by the treaty of Riga in special Polish delegations in Moscow and Petersburg.

Coriolan Petranu, Cluj ->
was the delegate of the Rumanian government with the reparation commander in Budapest. He concluded his mission with the carrying home of the art-objects from the Transsylvanian Museum which have been deposited during the war in Budapest. He traveled since 1913 through all European countries, visited all centers of art for the purpose of seeing the originals of all prominent works of art.

Francois Turek, Cracow ->
During the siege of Cracow by the Russian army (winter 1914-1915) he was taking care of the antiquities of Cracow.
