His one of the initiators of the conservative movement in his
country- that is of Northern-Poland. In 1926 his name was read in
connection with the visit of Marshal Pilsudski to Nieswiez, the
residence of the Princes of Radziwill. This visit is of importance
for the relations of the Marshal with the conservative circles of
Poland. In 1928 he was elected deputy for the first time.
